Our workload is still pretty high, but I’ve found a way to commit more time to writing. And there is so much to write about.

Information technology changes too fast to ever get boring. That’s especially true in information security: there are always innovative new threats, jaw dropping vulnerabilities like the latest Adobe PDF viewer disaster, and new security products.

Deployment options like “cloud computing” are also presenting some interesting challenges for compliance and security.

We already have a few articles in the pipeline on our favorite topics of IT security, servers, Linux and web technologies. The focus of this blog is solving real-world problems, so look for more “howto”s and reviews of new products (both commercial and open source).

Sometimes a commentary will slip in, though, because it wouldn’t be a blog without an an occasional rant
